Behaviour Support Practitioner

Liam is a Behaviour Support Practitioner with a Bachelor of Psychological Sciences and a Bachelor of Criminal Justice and Criminology, and currently undergoing units covering how trauma affects children and young people. He also has experience in support work, helping children and young people improve their quality of life through person-centred approaches and trauma-informed principles.

 

Liam is focused on building strong relationships with the people he supports, recognising that trust and collaboration with individuals, families, and support networks are essential for positive outcomes. He is passionate and committed to creating safe environments for children and young people, where he can support them through a strengths-based lens that promotes choice, inclusion, and empowerment. His empathetic nature, strong communication skills, and commitment to evidence-based practice enable him to create supportive environments where individuals can thrive.
