Simon is an enthusiastic and genuine Behaviour Support Practitioner with experience supporting a diverse range of participants and their individual needs. With more than 15 years of experience across the disability sector and the NDIS in various operational roles, Simon has a strong understanding of the challenges faced by participants and their families in an ever‑changing service landscape. He is committed to supporting meaningful, sustainable outcomes and helping people overcome the barriers and limitations they face in everyday life.
With qualifications in Criminology and Counselling, Simon is skilled at navigating complex situations while maintaining a person‑centred, trauma‑informed approach. As a practitioner, he is passionate about collaborative practice, promoting choice and control, and creating safe, supportive environments that empower participants to live their best lives.
