Meet the Team

Michael is the founder and director of My Wellbeing Supports. Michael has extensive experience in the disability sector with over 14 years clinical experience in providing direct Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and Psychology services to people with disability.

Michael is also a trainer and a clinical supervisor and has led the growth and development of many clinical teams over the years. Michael continues to have a strong passion in supporting the development of new psychologists and behaviour support practitioners throughout their professional development.

Michael is also appointed as an Independent Specialist with the Department of Communities and Justice, overseeing the approval and reduction of regulated restrictive practices across NSW.
